ONE ...

Listening to 6PR on the way home...apparently Roos said that they will both play.

I wouldnt mind Kirk missing - does'nt Kerry normally match up on him? Also, I really rate Kirk. He is among the toughest footballers going around imo (as in can take a beating, rather than hand it out).

If he misses it would be a huge bonus...but agree...we need to focus on our game not on who may or may not miss from the Sydney team.

Jolly will play - you dis. fingers during games and players come back on. Given it is a final...

TWO ..

Either of those players left out would be a bonus to the Eagles. Jolly going out will give us a very very big advantage in the ruck. Kirk going out will let one of our players run more freely.

Still, the boys have to fire up as if they are playing Sydney's absolute best 22 and worry about their own game.

This is "running scared"?? You (this is a generic - not a personal - "you") have been laughing at the immaturity of the site and the stupidity of some of the members, yet when someone posts a reasonable comment, demonstrating knowledge of both the game and our team, you call it 'running scared'.

Of course they're concerned. Why wouldn't they be? We're a good team who play to a game plan that has proven effective over the last four or so times we play them.

I'm petrified.

If they don't rate us - or don't understand us - that's to their own detriment. I couldn't give a rat's toss about what the opposition idiot supporters think about the Swans. The knowledgeable ones - and I include the writer of that post - have concerns however and aren't backward in raising them.

I don't read "@@@@ting themselves" from that post is what I'm saying. It's a fair and reasonable assessment.

I'm just going to have to buy the super-absorbant, disposable kecks for Sat night. If I can bring myself to watch it...

Mostly from what I've seen on the Weagles forum they don't rate us, think Roos is a whinger trying to influence the umpires and are expecting a 60 point win.

All you Sydney supporters do is whinge about the umpires! If you knew the rules (which are a lot different to Rugby League mind you) you'd stop complaining. "Ball" is not to be shouted every time an opposition player gets possession. Just a little tip!

You weren't robbed at the last minute in the last final at Subi like you and your media outlets go on and on about, there was 10 minutes to go!! You just weren't good enough to hold on to the lead and win the game. Get over it!
