Why that was the BEST GAME EVER

one of the best swannies wins ive ever been involved in, for a few reasons, as shown below. feel free to add your reasons as well
1- we beat the eagles at subi!!!
2- REVENGE- losing the past two games at subi so closely, so good to finally win one over them over there
3- Baz and MOL- i must retract my earlier statement of MOL retiring at the end of the year- he played brilliantly. also baz just dominated. whats more, they did it with injuries.
4- Mickey O's serve to the eagles supporters- just hysterical and even better cos we won. that fat guy is a real w@nker- glad he finally got what he deserved
5- hunter, chick and stenglein have to feel that dreaded feeling of a one-point loss. chick is a thug, hunter is a w@nker and stenglein had it coming for a year... if u know what i mean.
6- we get a home prelim because of this win- one huge step closer to a GF appearance
7- we won by a POINT- theyre always sweet!

We beat them fair and square without McLaren & Goldspink.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Why was it our best game ever???? Well I can give you one reason

      1) Four Quarters of Hard committed Football from the entire TEAM.

All our great wins in the past decade in finals have always had a poor quarter involved but tonight we kept the tempo going the entire night once we got on top in the first quarter and NEVER GAVE IN.

Can't ask more from the boys than that.
      Once was, now elsewhere

          Wow what a cracker!!!

Just got home (2:30 WST) .... would have stayed out longer but have work tomo.

Too boozed to write anything insightful... but I think I sang the song more times tonight than I've ever sung it before.... it's so good to be on the winning end at Subi finally.... the amount of crushing Swans losses v Eagles that I've had to endure at Subi....

The irish club was awesome afterwards, great to hang with the Sydney faithful and meet some people who made the trip over....

We'd have to be considered favourites now!?!?

I woke up so happy this morning I started laughing. This is why we love footy. Its great games like last nights win against the Wiggles, and the emotion, passion and joy that comes from winning them, that keeps us addicted to this great game. I am so proud of the 22 men who donned our club's colours last night and played one of the greatest games in our club's history.
