Sorry if it's discussed elsewhere, but the Goodes goal was seriously ridiculous. David Copperfield would have been proud of that one.

Mighty fine reflexes for a big fella. Must have been nice for him to be away from Judd."The Dog days are over, The Dog days are gone" Florence and the Machine -
Isn't he ment to be 6'4 he got off the ground like he was 5'4.Goodes is so versatile no wonder he can play any where on the ground. Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Both me (watching the TV) and the commentators (at the ground) thought that it was a Weagle mark (or near enough to it) and were amazed it hadn't been paid when Goodes kicked the goal.
It was only when watching the slow-mo replay that it dawned on us that the Weagle never went anywhere near marking it. I mean, really, this is a game with a bloody huge red ball that never travels at a speed anywhere near a cricket or tennis ball; how can it be that one man is so fast that you can't even see what he's doing unless you slow the action down?
Like Judd, the guy is just so good it's scary.Comment

Since day one ... goodsey's had the unique ability to be in two places at once.
IMO, he hasn't reached his footy prime yet. The kids' only gunna get better.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment
