    Day After

Last night wasn't as much of an upset as 2003 but it is just as significant of a footy match as that one was.

To play in three Preliminary Finals in four years is a massive accomplishment. For a side who hadn't won a final in 50 years, we are definitely going some of the way in creating a club which has a good finals reputation and delivers when the stakes are the biggest.

We didn't have a good start to the season but after last night, for all intents and purposes, its as if we finished first.

From here, the Crows loom large and we don't have a good recent record against them, but like the Eagles last year, they will be a different proposition on neutral territory.

    Exactly.

Its why a top 4 spot is cherished.

Sure we would have loved to smash SNDon in the first game, and stuck it to the pies in June and Aints in July, but it doesn't matter. None of those teams are with us right now, and we await the winner of a Freo v Melb final. A game to be played on our home turf for the right to playoff in the big one.

      EXACTLY!!

If I had been offered a home PF back before RD 1, I would of course have taken it!

Doesn't matter how we got there. Naturally we could still miss out and ruin my plans for a long weekend of celebration in Melbourne, but hey, that's footy!!
