    Brilliant stuf from the lads.

Finally Bazza gets the rewards he deserves: The Prime Possie on the Ground and VC!!

Well done Adam, Ryan, Craig and Baz!

Probably has provisions in his contract for a monetary bonus as well.

          Congrats to all.

I can see how CBolt might have been underrated at Brisbane, but ROK... how on earth did he wind up as pick #56 in the draft? Terrific pair of hands, great athleticism, pretty quick... maybe that 'neither a KPP nor a small forward' thing told against him. Anyways, we're very lucky that it did. One of those players who is just a pleasure to watch playing.

Not saying that any of them didn't deserve it-- clearly they did-- but you could draw up a respectable AA team without any of BBBH (although at worst he should probably be on the bench), ROK or CBolt. So it was a 'best case scenario' AA team for Sydney (if you care about how many Swans players get named). In effect 3 'marginal' selections for us made it, whereas a number of other teams had 'marginals' who didn't make the cut (e.g. Johncock, Ricciutto, Clement, Cam Bruce, Chad Cornes etc).

Would 4 AAs be an all-time record for the Swans?

Absolutely. Even during the QF on Saturday, I'd watch disposal after immaculate disposal and think to myself, "does this guy EVER put a foot wrong?" Congratulations Craig, you deserve it.

Well done to ROK and B2, well deserved for two of our lesser lights.

Fantastic to see 4 Swans in the team. Can't remember the last time that happened.

I agree with other comments, nice to see a fantastic guy like Brad Johnson get named captain.

                      Congrats to all.
IMO AA is a "team brownlow", a huge honour to be picked.
                      Wow ... 4 swans!!
How many AA's is that for Goodsey & BBBH now?
                      Huge effort. Thanks guys.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

My favourite player in the comp (Swans included). Champion player and plays the game, hard, fair and with a smile on his face

I am so glad B2 got A.A....he has not been beaten since he joined us, and performs week in, week out....

Bassett was also deserving of a spot.

I would say Chapman would have to be fairly aggrieved that Didak got the hff position ahead of him. Didak is trailer trash...

But, Brad Johnson as well - well deserved, comes across as a top bloke, and one of those players (like Scott West) who puts their head over the ball and plays their arse off every week.

                            And of course........Goooooooooooooooooooooooooodes!!
He ate more cheese, than time allowed

But if you are arguing the point, when has B2 been beaten by an opponent?? He has obviously lost individual marking contests, but I certainly dont remember him not claiming a duel on points (or via K.O. as we saw with H(t)ird earlier in the year....) since he has been with the club. The ultimate reliable defender.
