haha simply brilliant all the dockers supporters were congratulating me and all the eagles wouldnt talk to me least i didnt have to hear about how the eagles have already won the flag like i have the past month or so

My girlfriend, English, went to a party on Saturday night - game was on saturday morning local time here. Anyhow she met this bogan aussie bird wearing a chelsea t-shirt who was from Perth and my g/f goes "oh yeah, perth, cool"

bogan "yeah"

g/f "i see you follow chelsea"

bogan "not really, im a west coast fan"

g/f "oh really, my boy friend is a massive swans fan"

bogan "oh...." face goes maddening

g/f "did you hear the result from today? one point eh?"

bogan "yes", turns and walks away.

I've had friends who aren't even footy fans come up and say "bloody swans!"... the mood in WA has been quite sombre indeed!
