It's hard to see who's in a greater position of strength.
In some ways its Brisbane, because they ultimately decide Aker's fate or its the Dogs who know Brisbane will want to offload him anyway and now perhaps they don't need to offer as much, particularly if other clubs now withdraw because Aker has stated his preference for the Dogs.
I'm sure a deal will get done but it could be one of those 3 or 4 way trades.

I wouldnt rate him above a simple 1st round pick? He could still be damaging, but he didnt have the same impact for the lions that he has had in the past....
The dogs could do with an opportunistic goal kicker.
I was thinking the other day, what a force the bulldogs would be had nathan brown hung around. Maybe not this year with his bung leg, but he is in the elite bracket...

You'd want to make sure he was legally gagged before you put him in your team (by legally, I mean making a special point in his contract that he is NOT to talk to the media).
