Who is our most important player this weekend?

Given the opposition, the ground, the likely nature of the contest...

Similar to my last /first post .. sorry if dupe but this is new thread

IMO... Stephen Doyle must have a big game as they are stacked with talls and 2 good ruckman
....as does whoever gets Farmer! I actually like Bevan or Dempster for that match

Agree - but will add 'marks' to the equation.
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

              Hall.

He needs to stand up and dominate the game. He normally goes alright out at the stadium.

thought it would be quite obvious- JOLLY.
the joz will have to be at his best to beat the seven-foot beast they know as sandilands. doyle also needs to play well. ihope bazza has a massive game.

                    Hall.

If a key forward plays well in a final, you normally win.

Here Here. If Doyle and Jolly can hold their own and stop this human giraffe from dominating, we should be strong enough to win the clearances and give our potent forward line plenty of ball.

                            Aside from Jolly.

I watched the round 13 game last night and I think Nick Davis could be dangerous if he pushes forward. He fluffed a lot of shots on goal that day but managed to lose every tag he had and get free in the forward 50 consistently.

The other player who I think will be important is Ablett. He is running the lines really well and seems to have picked up some speed this season. I think if he plays a little outside (as Sandilands seems to tap out some distance to allow the Freo mids to run onto the ball). Although, last game Freo had two tags sheperding and blocking his run at the ball up.

Murphy was on Hall last time and had him running a long way from goal. Murphy kicked a couple of easy goals because Baz didn't follow him up the ground. I think Ted should get this job as he can play defensively as well as down forward and seems fit enough now to run with him.
