Good article about Troy Cook, a crowd favourite when he was with Sydney. It always seemed to me to be a mistake by Eade to let him go. Good on Cooke for doing so well at the Dockers but I wont wish him well on Friday night.

At the time he wasn't fitting in at the club...it was the rocket era where players were losing their confidence...now we could use him no doubt but had he stayed I dont think he would be the player he is today.you know what they say, dirty pants- clean bottyComment

Hard at it, good aerobic capacity, knows where to be to get the ball. However, his disposal is pretty terrible. He wouldn't fit into our team on that one fault alone.He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.Comment

I think in all the hoopla over Plugger kicking the record in 1999, many forget how mediocre that year really was for us.
