I'm sooo nervous~! I think it will be tight until 3rd quarter, when there may be some switching of the lead but the experience and resilience of the swans will trump in the final quarter.

I must say, in looking at the Freo results over the past 10 weeks or so, they look mighty impressive - with the possible exception of the QF against Adelaide. Very few low scoring matches or close decisions. A feature of their victories has been their great starts.
We need to shut them down from the get go.

Haven't watched Freo all that much during the season, but they're recent run (10 wins from 11?) suggest they will be a formidable foe.

However, from what i have seen, they do look shakey at the back at times, players often fumbling. I just think if we can limit their run from the backline and impose alot of pressure we can win pretty comfortably.

I rewatched freo melbourne last night, freo's kicking skills going inside 50 is not perfect. Even when they were on top, often kicking straight to a melbourne defender.

If we keep our skill level decent, and continue with our goal efficency - should be enough to get us through.
