    I Can't Take It Anymore!!!

    One more sleepy!!
I'm so panicked. Roosey looked quietly confident last night on the news, but I just can't take it anymore. Freo are the dark horse Sydney were last year.
    I'm going nuts.

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

At the start of the week, I was nervous. Then I was electrocuted, and locked in my flat for hours. Let me tell you, they are very effective distractions!!!

Agreed. Last night I had 8 beers, a bottle of wine and 2 joints to calm my nerves - and I still woke up feeling jittery.

Yes, the minutes seem to be going slower all of a sudden. I am trying to organise my day tomorrow with plenty of appointments just to pass the time.

I think today is actually worse than tomorrow. I've got a sport-loving boss (albeit rugby league) who will be quite understanding when I do bugger-all tomorrow. I'm going straight to the game from work so I'll be decked out in red & white, and no doubt talking about the game to all the footy mad clients who'll call to wish me luck.

But today I'm just sitting around, looking here, looking on bigfooty (then straight back here), wearing my more muted Swans gear (a white t-shirt with an old glittery South Melbourne Swan transfer, chrissy present from Mr K) and nobody wants to talk about the footy!

Stuff your workmates, they have no compassion in your time of direst need. Buggers ... they don't understand.
We'll talk footy with ya Kallias !!

Bless 'em, they were pretty happy for me last year. And a lot of clients who follow other teams were right into it, seems a lot of people have a soft spot for the Swans (once their own team gets the arse of course).

But they just don't seem to sense my restlessness today, they're all doing inconsiderate things like working. Tomorrow will be a different story!

Annie, you remind me of the Giraffe from Madagascar. Melvin I think his name was.

What tragics we all are. And it's just a prelim. It will be ten times worse next week if we win.

Last year I was excited, this year I am more nervous. having been to the mountain top I would love to do it again, whereas last year I had no idea as to what that mountain top experience was going to be like.

Thunder Shaker & GS14 you are BOTH so correct.

MMM Sydney have been running ads all day where B1 is urging Sydney to come along and yell loud and proud.

The Sydney bandwagon will back us up ... they're excited too. All of Sydney wants B2B.

                            Erin,

Sorry I can't let this pass without comment, if you had been electrocuted you wouldn't be here to tell the tale. Sorry to hear about your electric shock and lock out though.
