    Sydney V Freo

I think the Swans will battle in the GF.

Roberts-Thompson and Leo Barry really struggled tonight. And why can anyone tell me does Leo want to bounce the ball or touch it to the ground before running the required distance? Can some of the coaching staff tell him what little kids get told. DONT!

Others who struggled were Dempster and Ben Matthews. I think the stats will indicate that these four were far from the Swans best. But, are there any replacements?

They can't take these four into the big game next weekend. The Swans definitely lack a good CHB and need to recruit wisely to get one.

    Bring back Max Krause.

I was married to an old Dragon and divorced her when she was this negative. A defensive player like Dempster doesn't have to get possessions to play a good game. Kennelly and C. Bolton didn't get a lot of the ball either, but they did their job. many of the senior AFL players bounce the ball when they are in the clear after a few steps to make sure they can get that extra distance.

I thought Dempster did alright tonight. He wasn't the best but he wasn't the worst either.

LRT did struggle but Pavlich was on fire tonight.
Leo did well on Pav despite Pav kicking some brilliant goals. Gave away some silly free kicks though.
Mathews - *sigh*, 3 goals to Bell (should have been 5 - missed a sitter and dropped a sitter)
Dempster - did okay, nice contested mark at the end.

The only change I could see would be Bevan coming in for either Dempster or Matthews.

Dempster rolled an ankle mid way through the game. Matthews is giving away too many free kicks.

Depending on matchups, I think we could gain a bit if Bevan replaced either.

Other than that, the side is settled.

Go and look at the game again. The two coaches were intent in making it a shoot out. Of course defences struggle under those conditions. The ball was travelling so quickly into the forward lines of both teams it was gong to be the best forward line that would prevail.

Anyway we are in another Grannie so as some singer once said "Dont worry be happy"

Are Old Dragon and Prenda related, best mates, married to each other or the same person using different names (this almost needs a poll)?

I think he does that because he has a problem remembering how many side jumps and jigs he's made before he starts running.

Definately worries me when he does this so close to goal.
