My thoughts exactly, and he actually spoilt the mark, I thought the 50 was soft, but can understand how it was paid.

anyone else noticed how in the title of this thread his name is spelt wrong ??? it's actually spelt with an 'a'

and hopefully he will be fine and i think he will be but it's so hard to know with the inconsistency of the match review panel.

He will get off, but seeing we have dealt with the Dunkley saga in 1996 and the Hall saga in 2005, it would be wrong not to have one tribunal/match review drama this week

All I can think is... lobsterboy and his "Spriggs will win the Norm Smith" campaign...
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Does anyone know if Amon is carrying any points against his name at the moment?

all i know he has a good record. But theres nothing malicious. I watched the replay, it was a big delay but it was obvious he was trying to spoil.. but err.. late!

Don't worry, LRT was robbed last year. He'll win it this year. Put your $3.80 on it.

Was very late and not effort made for the ball. That said, a 50m penalty was all it was worth. Spriggs for BOG tomorrow.

Graeme Bond on 3AW said at worst it was late contact, questionably high (I thought his arm actually hit the ball). If he was sited he has no history and with an early plea it would be 1 week downgraded to a reprimand.

That said what did was a bit out of character for us. We rarely do those sort of silly thing. I think Bond said silly at worst.

Cook didn't even seem to flinch, which suggests that if Monty made any kind of contact to the head, it was minimal. It was a tad late but he was clearly trying to contest. Would be very very very stiff to miss for that. I don't think he'll even get a reprimand.
