    If you stopped chanting becuse there were people in Sydney telling you to be quiet, i would nearly stop supporting the swans, or at least not go to any games in sydney. Fair Dinkem!! Without people like you there, the games would have about as much atmosphere as say....a union game. Actually that probly explains the people that want u to quiet down

        48 votes for, 10 against would suggest to me that most Sydneysiders want Peter to continue leading his cheers.

            Why bother asking what anyone else thinks? If you enjoy doing it and you aren't being obnoxious then continue. If you can't be bothered and are over it give it up. simple really. Only one person can answer whether you should continue and that's you.
            I don't mind either way, continue; stop; either way I won't join in the "sydney clap clap clap" chant and won't stop shouting. Each to their own I say.

                    Keep up the good work Peter!

                    Especially on the road trips mate! When we are at AAMI and Subi your chant organisation is really required..... not to mention how @@@@@@ off the oppostition supporters get (How DARE you chant SYYYYYYYDNEEEYYYYY at a Wet Toast game!) It really is hilarious how much that dislike you!

                    IMO most people enjoy what you do, and your booming voice in gererally the kickstart they all need to get vocal themselves (except when we were in Canberra this year mate, i dont think anyone could get Canberrans into a good chant... and im from Canberra!).

                    And as some of the other posers have said, the kids really love what you do. So in the same vein as the Dancing Homer comment... "won't someone pleeeeease think of the children"
                    If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?
