    Fireworks

I would love to see us go on the front foot this weekend. I did not enjoy seeing Hunter and Chick go feral in the 3rd q. a few weeks back and more importantly see it have some impact in bringing the Eagles back in the game. I don't think we were ever intimidated but it did lift the Eagles. They will no doubt do it again and they will target Buchanan particularly and probably MickyO again.

We need to pick our moment (at the first bounce is too obvious, maybe early in the second quarter, set Bazz up to the edge of the centre square and LET HIM LOOSE. We can't allow them to go feral again without a strong response.

What's the rule about suspensions carrying over again? I can't remember if they count in the pre-season crap or not! If they do, then everyone needs to come out swinging, get a couple of weeks and that's that! And get Barry into it really well - work off a couple of those activation points but only miss a week or two! Just enough to scare them, and maybe do a little damage

That worked how well for Lynch and the Lions in 2004?

Not very likely since they're not playing in front of their feral crowd. Our team should beat them up a little, just to remind them that they're playing outside of their safety confines of Subiaco.

I think the biff is a bit overrated. Much prefer a great pack mark or a tackle-busting run and goal.

Focus on the footy and the contest, not the player.

most of the time the biff is just a waste of energy..
focus on the footy and take out a player at the same time is the best way to intimidate

No point getting yourself reported - games have to be served next year in the H&A AND there is an additional loading applied to activation points incurred in a GF (after the Lynch debacle of 2004).

                I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

Oh bugger.... There goes that idea then... I take back the violence requests! We need Barry to use up those points early next year when we're still revving up!

Personally i don't think our boys need that garbage. If they try and dish some out, then by all means, stand our ground. But why instigate it? We've got to the final 2 teams in the comp by not doing that!

And we all know our supporters are going to outnumber the Weagles on the weekend, so lets make some noise!

I would like to see bazz go ape @@@@ in the square at the first bounce down but I realise what will happen if he does the afl will make him pay for it big time so I think the best thing the swannies can do is just keep doing what they have been doing for the last few weeks play the ball not the man.

If the eagles wanna have a go well you have to protect yourself dont you.....
