No greater authourity in the land says we will win

    The magic 8 ball.

Gave it a shake, asked the question Will we win?

It came back with "Can't tell you now"

I asked, will I like the answer when you do tell me?

    "Yes"

So there you go people. Stop worrying. It works for Bart Simpson

Maybe you should just pick the whole box up and give it a shake then select one...?

This might not be as superstitious or spiritual, but I heard from a reliable souce that Andy D outright expects Sydney to take the flag in 2006.

              Hah! That's hilarious.

You can also try getting the umps togther. Tie them up. A jar of honey, a stake and one thousand honey ants will work wonders....
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

I'm not going with 8-balls but sticking with history and numbers. The first drawn grand final was in 1948 between Essendon and Melbourne. 29 years later Collingwood drew with North Melbourne in the decider. 29 years later it is 2006 and Sydney play West Coast...

The odds for a draw are quite good, anyone up for a trip to the TAB?

Only if you promise to sit down and watch the 100+ games he didn't bother getting out of a jog
