    How cool is Goodsey??

I MUST TELL YOU ALL THIS ... I'm so excited ...

This afternoon, my nieces went to the Training Session. I was on the phone with one of our group discussing the GF when I got a txt message that said to call my niece asap.

I called her (not knowing she was at the training session) and we chatted a bit, she told me where she was and then said, "hold on one second aunty". In the background, I heard her say, "Adam, my Aunty Anne wants to talk to you", and OH MY BLOODY GOD ... she handed him the phone!! (*Aunty dies of mortification*).

Aunty Anne: "Hello, is this really Adam Goodes?"

    Dual-Brownlow Medalist Adam Goodes: "Yep!"

AA: I love you Adam Goodes. Congrats on your brownlow. We are all so proud of you. Do you think you can do me a huge favour?"

    DBMAG: "Sure."

AA: Do you think you can win the GF now for us? Pretty please?

DBMAG: "That's what we're going to do Aunty Anne. That's what we're going to do."

OH MY GOD. Is Adam Goodes not the COOLEST person alive today?? That's why the man's got TWO brownlows.

Is my niece the best trained little swannette in the whole world? Ah to be 15 again and not care. I love them both.

I got off the phone and the girls at work wanted to know what's wrong ... I was blushing! (As you can imagine, I don't easily blush). I've got the hugest crush on Goodsey!!

I loved him before ... I'll die for him now!!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

He is a double Brownlow medalist because he is a very talented player who has played extremely well during two seasons.

He is the BEST and the FAIREST over ONE season ... that's why he got the brownlow. I believe some wet-toaster hack got the brownlow last year.
In my learned opinion, he is also the COOLEST! Mate, he didn't have to take the phone call. In my books, that makes him pretty bloody cool.

            Cheer cheers,

You're a tool. If you want to pick apart the exact language and meaning of what someone wrote, rather than the context, then go and join the grammar police.

We all know what Annie meant. Get over it.

Tadhg did that at the North Sydney game earlier in the year when my friend was on the bus on the way into the ground. He said "Hurry up and get here Heidy" to her. I think she is still excited about that one.

It doesn't take much from one of the boys does it?
It's when they stop and say G'day that they really make me feel like I'm part of the team.
At the beginning of the 2005 season, I met BBBH outside the club (picking up free cricket tickets). Now I'm only 5 foot 2 ... geez he's a big boy. I was berating him and telling him that we'd better not see him at the tribunal this year and poking him in the chest with my finger (my arm was well above my head while I was doing it).
God bless him, he laughed his head off, bent down real low, and pretended to swipe at my finger.
I hear stories of Tarrant being a tool, Cousins and Gardinder being west coast criminals, and think, geez our boys really are little blood stained angels!!

Was she excited enough to change her name to Heidy?

I guess it would be unBloods-like to criticise all this gushing? So I'll keep quiet

Hammo, I've already admitted I've got the hugest schoolgirl crush.
