I have had run ins with security before so it doesn't surprise me they were giving me the eye. The lady I sat with is a colleague from work and its the first time shes seen me in "action". So I wonder how long before word gets out that Quiet Al from accounting is really a lunatic.

You weren't that bad, I've seen and heard worse. I think your Colleague will understand as Wardy did explain that she is normally a meek and mild office worker during the week.
