    Well done Craig Bird!

27 disposals and listed in the best in the Allies victory over the stupid bloody Victorians!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Colin Garland from North Hobart kicked 2 for the Allies. He is skinny and tall, kicked 10 for North Hobart seniors in a match a few months ago. Perhaps a long term prospect for the Swans forward line.

Have it on good authority the Swans have spoken to him along with a few other clubs in the past few weeks.

Garland...isn't that a Wynyard name? Alistair Lynch territory.

Think his parents were originally northerners actually, but Launnie not North West. He has been in Hobart since early childhood though.
