    Oh, and another positive

We're still 4 points up on aggregate over the two Grand Finals.

Its even more spooky that this is the exact scoreline of the qualifying final except reversed:

          QF: Swans 85 - WCE 84
          GF: Swans 84 - WCE 85

          now thats spooky
And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!

Heh. That's what I told one of the West Coast guys that I saw on Sunday - when 2 teams play in 2 consecutive grand finals, they combine the scores and you get an extra big trophy if you win

That's why Sean Dempster was smiling.

Well, last year they beat us by 4 points in the Qualifying final, then we beat them in the grand final by 4 points.
This year we beat them by 1 point in the qualifying final, then they beat us in the grand final by 1 point.

                ...Definitely Spooky

We kicked 13.7 in the QF, they kicked 12.13 in the GF. NMWBloods' '13-goal theory', which I now subscribe to, coming into play. We kick 13 goals or more, we generally win.

I really thought we were going to win when Goodesy goaled 15 seconds into the last quarter, but my heart started to sink once it got to 79-78, remembering the QF score - I thought, surely we couldn't get beaten 85-84?
