Being philosophical, 1-1, I'm happy to take that. I would have preferred 2-0, but you can't be too greedy in life; you've got to be thankful for what you get.
We have some fantastic leaders at the club but most of our youngsters will no doubt like a long career under a coach like Roos.

If Longmire knocks back the chance of the StKilda job, it would be a real indication that Roos sees himself as a short term coach.
I would hope that the club would see fit to give Longmire an assurance, plus some adequate financial compensation, to stick around as an assistant for a few years ready to step in once Roos decides he has run his race.

i can't imagine the bloods of the last few years without roos - will the culture be the same and will the younger players choose to continue the culture of this club without players like kirk and roos as coach.
