Good on ya SCow,i didnt know that Doyle was the only VFL/AFL player to miss a goal.?If thats the case get rid of Barry,B1,Kirk,Goodes etc etc.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

I'm only using one example of his useless ability, I can go on forever if only I had the time

No doubt I would love donks to step up in 2007 but how 'long' has he had already to do that?
Forget about Hall, it's all about Bradshaw

looking at swans' track record of resurrecting stagnant players' careers (Lockett, Schwass, Hall, Williams, Ball, Jolly, Richards...etc), I would have full confidence in Roos' and Swan's coaching staff to bring the best out of some of the potential recruits.

As in my another thread, I am fully supporting going after Gardiner, Tarrant. Of course, Polak or Jared Brennan ( as someone has suggested in another thread) are also on my 'want' list.

Basically, as long as the players are young enough, I wouldn't mind giving them a second chance.

No way he needs more weight.

In the GF he looks solid. He has a thinner frame than say Jolly - but enough kgs to do the job.

If you remember the GF - Jolly played on Cox for the first 3 qtrs - Hence why Cox had such a blinder.

Final Qtr -> Cox was touched up by Doyle.

Good Idea....give WCE Doyle so he can shove it up us next GF.

According to afl.com.au, Doyle is almost identical in weight and height to Cox.

                Doyle:
                Height 203cm
                Weight: 105kg

                Cox:
                Height 204cm
                Weight: 104kg

Probably slightly wrong by a few kgs or cms since it is the official website but they are pretty close.

I don't know, but it really isn't that hard to guess!

Yes I know, but the reason would be interesting. I actually made a statement about a player who DOESN'T snort coke, not actually make an acusation that a certain player does. And you could also argue what's the problem with saying a player DOES snort coke - as in coca cola.......

Maybe if you allowed people to conact you via PM or Email, the reason would have been sent.

Well who ever we end up with in the draft, no doubt they will be a bit of a "lost soul" (thats a prerequisite) and will be welcomed into the Sydney Swans Re-hab Centre with open arms.

I suspect that the club know what they are doing in this area - but if they use Matthews as trade bait, you wont hear any complaints from me!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

No need. I know why, it's just that it's wrong.

What about in 2004(?) when he kicked 4 or 5 goals in a half of football?

As I've been saying, give Donk a full pre-season and let him build up his confidence... he'll be like a new recruit and an elite AFL ruckman.

Gardiner is bad news, he is carrying too much baggage for the good he may or may not bring to the Swans. He never has a smile on his face and the Eagles hierarchy alleged he was depressed.

Paul Roos has worked bloody wonders with Barry Hall and he has cowered Nick Davis into submission but why add to our problems and take Gardiner, at least Spida plays his heart out each week and there is no reason to believe he woudnt be a valuable addition to the side. Terrible Tatts but you cant have it all.
