Kennelly will be playing for the All Ireland side.

Since the AA team's already been named, I'm guessing the OP was talking about a possible Australian side for the International Rules series - which doesn't have to be the same as the AA.

Still, I'm sure Craig will be pushing for selection in that, too. I think he'd do well in the hybrid game.

I think he's played already??? last year, or year before?

            I think he did well...

This looks like an AA team from the season before this one.

Mal Michael?...Lynch - Did you only see him play in the GF?

If it's for international rules - the selection policy changed last year. They only pick midfield players/ players with big engines.

The biggest problem with the team is there's only 2 Swans....that should be rectified.

Wonder if any of the Swans will play in this year's IR. Last year when the Eagles lost the GF, none of them participated in the series. Now that they're premiers, Judd, Cousins, Kerr and Embley in the side would be damn sweet

What about O'Keefe? Doesn't he have one of the biggest engines in the League? He was in the IR team last year wasn't he?

Yeah, he did. He was exceptionally good at it.

The All Australian team is not representative of the team that plays against Ireland, AA is according to the best performed players in the league during the season. In that sense, how on Earth did Lynch get selected ahead of Fevola?

Maybe its just me, but i think Scott Lucas has been hard done by. Wasn't even mentioned as a candidate for the forward line from memory. Had a blinder of a season in the abscence of Lloyd
