Tim Notting!!!

I have had my say on the doyle debacle, and my wish to trade for Gardiner, but what about this little beauty.

Brissy only want to offer Notting a 12 month contract! He would fit sensationally into our backline. I know Teddy did the job on GF Day, but other than that, has not shown too much during the year.

And LRT is another who might benefit from another cool head down there.
Dancing Leo, with Tagdh, Craig Bolton andTim notting would be a fearsome backline., not much would penetrate that!

Any throughts?

Tim Notting hasn't got a cool head. He has lots of athletic ability but has brain implosions.

Tim Notting is a terrific player and would be an asset, but not in Richards' place.

Brisbane may actually be one club who are interested in a trade for Benny Mathews as well.

It looks like they are going to be decimated by trades and retirements.

A Spriggs or Mathews trade with the Lions is not out of the question.

agreed, thats is one of the worst recruting decisions since McLeod was overlooked by Freo for some useless hack.

McDonald is too injury prone, and is no good if playing less than 18 games a year. Just remember, if he does not play, than our good mate Doyle gets to parade in that no.15.

My thoughts - this bloke comes up every year or every second year for so-called trade talk and the Swans are always interested. Overrated player, not that good.

BTW and not that it means anything, he gave the drink a good nudge on Friday arvo and night at The Leveson in Nth Melbourne.....Then to see the fella in the heats of the GF sprint at Punt Rd early on Saturday made me laugh until I cried......

Almost as funny as a mate from Cairns now residing in Melbourne watching the 2005 GF on Fox Footy at the same time as the 2006 GF was on and thinking he was watching the 2006 GF until he clicked that Leo couldn't take the same mark twice.....Funny as @@@@ that !!!
