It would be particularly ethics for Lyon to start getting involved with Sydney trades at this time. That's not to say he won't but I doubt the Saints will be too active with Sydney.
Stuff ethics ... if he's serious about being a coach, he'd be a fool not to try and poach him.

That's the mentality of some average (very average) BF posters. The idea that Ross Lyon would, within less than 48 hours after being offered the St Kilda job, sign his contract, pack up his Sydney desk, start in his role, do the due diligence, get approval from the St K hierarchy, and engineer a trade in which he would get rid of either an existing St Kilda player or a high St Kilda draft pick, just absolutely beggars belief. Presumably he can warp space and time as well.Comment
