    Sporn is an A Grade Hack. Soft and has no skills..couldn't think of a worse combination.

    Shattock is passed it, injuries have got the better of him.

    Thurgood, only for a rookie listing if need be. Will be good for Canberra.

    Prendergast - Nope
    Troy Longmuir - Nope

    Brennan - Rookie list only, too much of an inbetween height with limited skills. Can take a hanger though.

    Hennammen - Leigh Brockman MK II

    Joel Reynolds - Looked like poo in the backline bit better in the forward line but would never crack it in ours.

    Elijah Ware - Skilful Aboriginal FP but very very questionable attitude according to PA fans.

    Harry Miller - Does not impress at all

    Ben Eckermann - Hard at it but from what i saw Paul Bevan like skills.

    So yeh, don't think any of these rejects could really help us.

      All those named are hacks, with the exception of Prendergast. He can play, but has been unlucky with injury.

      Will be very surprised if he is not picked up by any club, if his body is right.
      We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty.

        How about Andrew Kellaway? He's only 30 , is tall and plays key position in defence.

          I'd look at Tim Callan...fits the Bloods ethos which is probably why he keeps getting overlooked at Geelong where they obviously don't have a "no d-heads" policy. geelong favours players who are supposed to be team leaders but then who don't turn up to camp and say that if such and such a coach is appointed we will all walk out. no wonder they are crap

          Callan has done nothing wrong when given a chance in the firsts, very solid, very intelligent, hard worker, does the team thing...very brave and reasonably skillful, he would be a very good rookie pick-up. Only medium sized, though.

            Consider this parable;

            Doctor cames out to expectant father in hospital waiting room;

            Doctor: "Mr Smith your wife has given birth, unfortunately there is good news and bad news"

            Father: "give me the bad news first"

            Doctor: "I am very sorry but your son has red hair !"

            Father: "No, no, no, how can there be good news, what is it ? "

            Doctor: "Fortunately he never started breathing"

            So endeth the lesson

              Our current fringe players like Vogels, Schmidt and Spriggs can't crack it for a senior gig.

              I don't see how any of the peanuts suggested in this thread will either. If they were any good they wouldn't be getting cut by the likes of power teams such as Carlton and Hawthorn.

              Better off getting young talent in rather than recycling players who have already shown they dont have the talent to make it at the highest level

                      Yeah let's blame everything on Jolly.

                        We do need a sufficient supply of players who can come in to the senior side if we have a run of injuries. We still have a large number of young inexperienced players on the list. I'd be happy for the club to pick up a discard if they thought he would help our depth.

                          Can you even read?

                          If so I suggest you re-read my post because it certainly didn't "blame everything" on Jolly
