i doubt that "overnight" an ex-club official/coach can retrain an entire player group. They'll have a game plan that suits them (well, they did allright this year. lewt's be honest). But some tips would be open to them to make use of for sure .. but its not as though Willos input completely overrides NDs.Originally posted by swantastic

As a Demon fan I am very happy with this appointment to our coaching staff.
I like the idea of having a recently retired player on the panel and I have always thought extremely highly of Williams and the way he has played the game.
The fact that he comes from the Swans is a bonus to us. Not because of the "playbook" (although that would be useful
) but because of the exceptional way your team and club has been managed.
This can only benefit my Dees.....hopefully!!!Comment
