I read on another thread the debarcle that was the Danihers-Field swap back in the late 70's early 80's. I started thinking about the worst trades we have managed to be involved in in more recent times. You don't have to go that far back to find a shocker: last year - torture.
Going back a few years, how about these:
Trading our the no. 1 pick to the Eagles for Scott Waters and Tony Begovich.
In the same draft - Trading the no.3 pick to Essendon for Ed Considine, Michael Werner and Richard Ambrose.
In another draft, trading the no 2 pick to Carlton for Warren McKenzie.
All shockers. Has any one got any thoughts on what may be worst trade ever made whilst the Swans have been in Sydney?

At least Torture played senior football. And despite his critics, he did what he was told each week, see the Club Champion voting for evidence!
