    Were they running?
    Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
    Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

            BAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

            My balls are meta-physical.

            Women don't play footy cause you can't watch hot bods and play (effectively) at the same time (no matter how talented at multi-tasking I am) ... some things you just gotta stop and watch.

                  I've still got a bumper sticker from the innaugural SWAFL season that states then even though we don't HAVE balls, we do KICK them

                  I can confirm that the boys were at training this morning, but can add that they weren't just standing around but doing those warmups where they get in pairs, hold onto each other and swing their legs, one at a time, back and forth. Fascinating.

                            I know sydney traffic sucks, but that's an awful lot to take in when you're driving past (and are 100m+ from the actual training ground).

                                Sorry to all, i have been a bit slack in posting the most recent news.

                                At the most recent training session the boys went on a run, then did some pretty extensive warm downs (mainly calf and hamstring stretching). However, that days work also included a gym session with the boys doing some weights.

                                Some terrific stuff to report, kirky was 'spotting' for Jude Bolton while he was doing bench press. The banter between these two club legends was magical. Basically Jude was on his back on the bench with his hands around the bar (which had weights on each end), Kirky was just excellent with his encouragement a real role model, the banter went as follows;

                                Go Bolts, hate the bar, hate it, hate it, hate it, go go go go go go go gogo go go gogo go go gogo go go gogo go go gogo go go gogo go go gogo go go gogo go go go, yes yes yes yes Yeeees Bolta, bolta, boltsey, boltybabe, bolstman, boltsmeister.

                                Jude then got up off the bench and went for a shower

                                You could tell Jude really appreciated it.

                                More news as it comes in.
