I felt sad the fist time I heard him refer to the Swans as "they" as a commentator. Life goes on though.

        Good on him.
He got a gig in Melbourne ... just what he wanted.

Jeez ... now we gotta come up with new secret game plays!!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Hmmmm....now we have "benedict arnolds" in St Kilda, Adelaide and Melbourne, we need that new coaching appointment FAST, and some serious game plan revision. Mind you, when we do come up with one (howz about all-out attack), the foes will be so confused about which plan we're following (flood, tempo, lock-down or attack) at a particular time that they'll crumble into shiverring, dithering heaps...
Our only consolation is that Spida will bring inside knowledge about how to beat the poos&wees, and BLAKEY, will know how best to beat Brizzie. Somehow I think we got the raw end of the deal there...surely just showing up will be suffice to beat those two next year...
"Davis...Davis has kicked 2...he snaps from 40...dont tell me, dont tell me, hes kicked a goal....unbelievable stuff from Nick Davis, can you believe this, he's kicked 3 final quarter goals and Swans are within 3 points..."

I had hoped the new assistant coach would have been settled by now. I wonder how many candidates are there and exactly what sort of experience do they have?

We've had a rumour eminating from Heath Grundy (on another thread) that we will have a new look forward structure next year yet we don't even have a forwards coach. (Unless Heath is the new assistant coach).

I hope the club gets its act together soon.
