Any insights into 2007 coaches?

Well we're breaking for Xmas, and next time I post will probably be 2007, and still I haven't heard about any replacement coach. Are we going to run with just Horse and Blakey to help out?
With three other teams now having a detailed insight into what makes us tick -- Jonas (Crows); Lyon (Drunks); Willo (Dees) -- do we need to add to our own brains trust...will we add to it, and WHEN?
Mind you, the amount of footy news available up here with no Fox Footy any more is negligible...so I may have missed notification of an appointment...anyone have any news or speculation...?

New Coaches

I'm also wondering what is happening with the Coaching Staff.

At this stage, they are down one senior assistant at least. With the pressures on both the size of the squad and the split of duties on gameday, it seems odd that Roos hasn't added another Assistant.

Maxwell was coaching the Young Bloods with Allison but he is living in Melb and not traveling during the week. Probably will make a good coach too when he wants to take the next step.

I know Horse Longmire is Senior Assistant now but he might go to Carlton as senior coach if the Carlton Board get rolled in the New Year and Pagan gets the boot and paid out.

All other clubs are getting assistants from other clubs to get insight into successful club's workings.

So would be good if we knew what is happening with Swans or is Roos taking on more duties.

Swans magazine just delivered. All internal promotions, Peter Berbakov moves up to assistant coach, Brett allison is the new reserves coach.
