What a shame that ABC2 is not available to most Australians.

It is for a small one off fee to purchase a STB.

          Or Foxtel

          I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

That's a very misleading statement Cow. My understanding is by far the majority of Australia (population wise) now can receive ABC digital. If you haven't bothered to acquire a digital STB yet that's your problem. They sell for as little as $60 these days.

Like saying you can't watch the game on TV because you haven't got a TV.

You obviously haven't read the other thread about foxtel.

If what js says is right about most of the population being able to receive ABC digital, then its available to that population. (Same argument as you use about Fox )

The argument is quite different - Foxtel requires an ongoing fee to watch - digital FTA TV does not - merely the purchase of the necessary hardware - just as buying a TV is a prerequisite to watch FTA in the first place.

Most people have ongoing costs to watch FTA television.

I don't care about most Australians, but ABC2 is not available in Puckapunyal, so it's the cricket tonight.

The game was a classic illustration that "A team of champions is not...."

It also illustrated the importance of key position players and having balance in the type of player.

The half time interview about game development was interesting.

What was the score for us analogue fans?

And who rucked for the All-Stars?

Bombers by 50. Not sure about the rucks (I only tuned in for a little bit and then caught the final score).
