If it was the MCG it would have been down to ground level by now.
Thanks Norris.
It's going to be awesome when it's finished.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun. Blessedare the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
I had an early finish from work today (POETS Day lol), so I caught the last session of the interstate cricket.
Wow Norris, you must have left early and had a good lens!

Blues build massive lead
New South Wales has built a massive advantage at lunch on the final day of the Pura Cup match against Queensland at the Gabba and is 3-215 in its second innings, 364 runs in front of the Bulls.
For those of you who have seats in the O'Reilly Stand, Bradman Stand, Messenger stand and bays 1-10, here is your new entrances. Nice walk from the Bus drop off areas.

Gee.... I hope they schedule a rugby game at the same time... that should make it even more fun to get in and out via the Aussie stadium entries... NOT...
Inconvenient walk around for those of us who sit in the O'Reilly or Bradman, and park on the lake side of the ground, but I suppose it's not that terrible. Hell of a hike for those who like to park, wander over to Fox Studios to grab a bite and then want to get into the ground! It would be worth it though, if they improved the overall flow of traffic along the hill for next year. It's a bit death-trapesque at the minute.
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out.... Des' Weblog
I'm curious to see when the footy posts will go up on the ground now that there is no more cricket to be played on the ground - the webcam could be useful for this. Maybe it will be next week once NSW have headed south for the Shield Final.
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Agree..... I'm amazed at how it complies with BCA or how any Emergency plan can possibly comply given that choke point. Everyone craps on about how we have to be afraid of a terrorist attack on major events but imagine something nasty happening in the O'Reilly stand on a big game???
What a load of bollocks... (The planning and the terrorist threat that is)..
Yikes, all gone now!!!! But what's going on with the centre square area???
Ummmm-mmmaaaarrrrrr. I'm dobbing.
They trashed the turf!!!
OMG.
