I didn't see the whole game, but Vogels seemed prominent early then went missing. A concern about him has been ability to play out the game. Unless the fitness aspect is right he is not going to make it.

They're similar size and type of players and they'll probably be vying for the same spot so the question is not that far away from what the coaching staff might be thinking.

      Who would you choose?
Hypothetical, because Vogels won't get a game.

Unless one of here is Paul Roos, Richard Colless or even BBBBH secretly posting under another name, pretty much everything said here is hypothetical.

Peering into the Manuka fishbowl at half time today, started talking to a bloke who identified hinself as Jessies old man. Those who worry that Jessie will blow up weightwise, don't. At 62, White senior is still the same shape, and looks as fit as a trout.
Re knickname: Jesse has been called "Mocca" since he was a toddler. He was sitting on US college basketball scholarships for two years, but was desperate to play footy. The bloodlines are the best, White senior is an OLD ROYBOY, played a few games was recruited from the Diamond Valley league along with Norm Brown. They decided not to go to Collingwood with their mate McKenna. Guess I'm now on the Mocca White bandwagon.

Looks like a very promising player but I wouldn't compare him to Plugger just yet...

Forgot to mention that Mocca prefers to play forward. Club seems to think this is his best go too, because he has been doing a lot of work with one B Hall of late. Power forward?

                    Jessie White

Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on this guy. He has been very impressive playing up forward in the last month, has taken some strong marks and kicked a few each week. Does White have the potential to be our next superstar key forward or is he just filling in time until we find a better replacement?

Personally I see White being our future up forward, Defiantly has the leg speed and strength like all good forwards. Needs to work on his kicking though.

His also a Gold Coast boy, when is he contracted to? don't want to see him snapped up by GCFC!
Forget about Hall, it's all about Bradshaw

The guy is a fridge, and on the lead he is nigh unbeatable. I'm not saying he'll be as good, but think Dunstall. Lead out, chest mark, kick a goal, repeat. Definitely a keeper.

                            No, IMO stupid comparison.

Totally agree. This is a stupid thread. About the only thing they have in common so far is the position they play.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Still pretty impressive talent picking almost three seasons ago.

I see him more like Tredrea than Plugger - and that can't be bad.

I hear he's a very quiet almost shy lad so maybe not much like Tredrea off the field.
