Did the menu on the front page get bigger?!? I can read it from the next suburb now.

The work system seems to store certain webpages, and not all changes are immediately effective, when I view them. It can take 2-3 days. EG. when I chage the header pic. I couldn't see it at work for 3 days. No matter what I tried.

Other people at work have the same problem with their page.

Is it still bad now?
Which part is bad? is it all of it?

It looks right now. The menu on the left (Home ... Contact) was huge when I posted.

Did you try CTRL-F5 ? That forces a full refresh. Sometimes needs to be done several times (for each layer of proxy caching I assume). A normal refresh will not reload image files and some browsers also won't reload CSS and Javascript files.

The sidemenu was the bit I fiddled with. Any way it's fixed now.
