Nick Davis Injured???

I only ask because he is not listed as playing this weekend according to the Telegraph?

He did get a hip injury last week?

Or are they resting him so others get a go?

He aint on this list so I'd say he is resting/rotating.

Pretty much all the other senior players who have played two games - Malceski, Bolton, Richards - are being rested this weekend, so likely that Davis is just part of that.

On the other hand, at the start of the pre-season there was an article quoting Roos as saying Davis was going to play every pre-season game because they thought he would benefit from playing as much footy as possible. Maybe they had a rethink.

Is Roos lying to the media again?

If Davis or any other player played every pre season game then that's potentially 30+ games in the year, so it makes sense that they would take off the odd pre season game.

Nah.....

He meant every preaseason game that meant anything. i.e. The NAB cup.

As far as I can see, both he and Tricky Nicky have fulfilled their part of the bargain!

Shouldnt make a difference if there fit they should play no matter if its 30 games or 50.
