And who won that game???
It's a bit like posting on RWO really. Just because you have posted over 5000 times, or had more than 25 possessions. It doesn't really matter when none of them are quality and you are continually a loser....Comment

I got a bit upset over this news (surprisingly).
Poor Bucks.
He is a living legend of the game, after all.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

I hate to see quality players get injured. Watching the best and biggest in the competition is half the joy of watching football.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Well, yeh, ok....if it's a Nathan Thompson doing a knee & missing a season when he's at the top of his career, sure, that sux.
When it's a bloke like Bucks or (to a lesser extent) Hamill that's had a good long career, has seen some injuries, and, guess what, they've done another injury, it's all a little "meh". I think if Bucks didn't play another game even he'd be satisfied that he'd had a pretty good run.
The thing about injuries to opposition stars is, sure you wish them well, but mainly it's the realisation of how easy it would be to happy to one of your own. Cue Barrygate.Comment

You might think you're being clever but you're wrong. Paul Kelly won the Brownlow in 1995; playing for a losing team has nothing to do with whether a player is a quality footballer or not. Buckley's 2006 was better than some high profile Swans players.Comment
