Biggest achievement The biggest thing in life is family [Roos has two sons, aged 12 and 10, with wife Tami]. If you have a happy home relationship, good kids, a good relationship with your wife - everything else is incidental. In footy terms, it would be winning the 2005 grand final.

Good to see the coach has a balanced life, after all there is more to life than football.

Biggest break I think there's probably two. As a kid, aged 15 or 16, being invited down to an AFL club [to play for Fitzroy under-19s]. My interest in football was starting to wane - I could have gone a different way in my life. And the other is coming to Sydney. It's been an amazing two journeys.
Biggest regret I would love to have finished my playing career at Fitzroy and maybe win a premiership.

No, on the one hand he' saying his biggest break was coming to Sydney while on the other he's saying he wished he finished his career at Fitzroy, hence the

I think essentially he is saying he wanted to be a one team career player, but that moving to Sydney was good for him. I can see where he is coming from.
