The biggest most high-profile home & away footy match in Sydney in years, and....
What a bugger - crap crowd because of that lack of advertising. We only managed 62,586, the third biggest attendance ever!
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

The media attention went the full circle on match day. There was a picture of Goodes on the front of the Terror, as well as something in the SMH as well. There was a nice Roos article on Page 3 of the Terror as well. It was Sydney hype at its most er um....Sydney, short, spur-of the moment kind of stuff. I'm sure it led to lots of late ticket sales yesterday. The ground looked fuller than 62000, I reckon.
Still, I find it somewhat amusing that the Terror only feels the need to call itself the official newspaper of the Sydney Swans when we win in finals time.
Still we still got 62000, so we must be doing something right.
