    Rushed Behinds Cost Sydney

"And what made the events of Saturday night so hard to stomach was the fact the culprits, Adam Goodes and Tadhg Kennelly, are as creative and daring as they come."

Really - what were they thinking?

And RB has a lot to answer for!!

No,... missing so many set shots cost Sydney!

They did annoy me. I mean at the end they just had to take a few risks.

So would it have been better to lose by 10 points?

There was nothing wrong with the Goodes one IMO. In fact i reckon it was smart play as we were really under the pump in that point of time.

You can nitpick every incident in a one point game, but the rushed behind that took us from 18 points down to 19 was particularly frustrating.

Another piece of genius from the Herald!

Let's scrutinize every rushed behind in every single match over the past 5 years, and blame all the players that rushed them, for the teams bad performance. While we're at it, let's sack Roos for allowing this travesty to eventuate!

I thought Buchanan missing from 25 out on the run cost us too.

I thought the Kennelly should have been a bit more aware of the game situation before rushing a behind at 18 points down.

Unlike rushed behinds, players don't miss shots on goal on purpose, yet both acts make it harder to win close games.

Exactly, I had a sick feeling at just that point.

The worst rushed behind of the night was when Kerr rushed McVeigh's inside the forward 50 in the last minute of the game
