    Pav's goal today, with spoilers

in the third quarter vs the Bombers. Early contender for goal of the year IMO.

He kicked it out of mid-air back over his head to stop it going out of bounds, then followed up by snapping it over his shoulder in the goalsquare. They may have lost today but geez the Dockers looked dangerous with Tarrant and Pav as a forward combination. Pity their midfield didn't provide much support for Sandilands today, he was winning hitouts at will and looked almost spent by the end of it. Raped by the umpires though, Solomon got reported for a love tap softer than Hall's on Maguire.

Solomon suspended is the last thing they need with Farmer and Johnson still out of action is bad for them already. Derby should be interesting though and the Dockers should have the defensive strength to shut down the Weagles forwards.

As for the goal, it's up there with Wirrpanda's boundary goal for this round.

There were some confused commentators as to why that should be reported. It was a bit, so should have been a free kick down field. but not a report.

That goal has GOT to be a contender! So great to watch

As to the umps, many seem mystified by their performance in that game at times

it was a brilliant goal. i'll be upset if it doesn't contend for goal of the year.
          i'll take pav any day.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I don't think it even made the cut for this round.
