Apart from the first quarter a pretty average performance.
Good game from Kirk and Malceski.
Reasonable from C Bolton, Hall, Davis and Barry.
Some good signs from Schmidt and Moore I thought.
Goodes looks likely to be cited.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Totally agree and I hope that Primadona wearing number 37 get out for a couple of weeks to think about what his priorities are.Last edited by Zlatorog; 28 April 2007, 10:37 PM.Comment

Not surprised we thumped the lowly Demons. Sydney were too good before the game began and we finally had our kicking boots on and kicked over 14 goals. It seems we passed on the yips to the Dees but given their lack of forward talent, they weren't much of a chance given the number of bad misses.
However, injuries to Goodes, Kennelly and Ablett might have some serious impact in our side and hopefully Buchanan is fit to return next week. Next week we face the Kangaroos at Telstra Dome. It should be a comfortable win, but with the 3 in doubt for next week, the result might be much closer than you probably think.I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

What on earth would he be cited for. It was unnecessary rough play and a free kick was given. That should be enough. He pushed him not hit or tripped.

Yes, but if you run in and elbow/forearm a guy in the back behind play, it will be looked at. In the same way that a lovetap from Gehrig earned him a week off.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Great win under the circumstances but I can't get too excited because of our injuries. A real worry with the three of them, especially with Goodesy maybe cited. Very unlike him but it is a real concern. Our depth will be tested but the true bloods spirit will shine through.Comment
