Adam Hunter - Tool of the highest order

The thread earlier about Daniel Chick got me to thinking about the Eagle I hate the most - Adam Hunter.
This article out of the latest edition of Scoop magazine - a West Australian lifestyle magazine. The article was entitled "The 10 essential rules men should have learned over the past decade". The writer was saying how male hairdressing over the past 10 years has been gaining back its credibility from the 80' and early 90's but it appears there has been a popping out of the skeleton closet recently a small resurgence in the - mullet. He says:

"1. A MULLET STILL DOESN"T LOOK GOOD ON ANYONE.......Sightings (of the re-emergence of the mullet) have so far been largely confined to the AFL, where it appears the style is gathering momentum as part of some semi-ironic retro cult movement. But be honest, when you look at someone like the Eagles' Adam Hunter what do you see?
    a. A man making a profound cultural statement through post-modern irony, or
    b. a bloody idiot with a mullet.
Take all the time you need............."

Isn't that Gold. This coming from a West Australian mag where the Eagles are feted like gods.

Adam Hunter is such a tool/wanker! The bile rises in my stomach when I mention his name.

Hunter's "mullet" among others seen in the AFL are very piss-poor attempts of metrosexualising a bogan tradition. At least Carroll is showing some effort by growing a moustache.

That's a funny article. The moullette is a shocker. I, however, find the reappearance of facial hair more scary.
As for Hunter - I would LOVE him to play for the Swans. He is an outstanding footballer and in my view one of the chief reasons eagles have made consecutive GFs. I like that he's cheeky and a bit of a @@@@-stirrer. I love to hate him when they play us of course as he ALWAYS sneaks forward and kicks goals. Get more annoyed that we let him do it every game.

Maybe a blue and gold paper bag might come in handy.

Add to that that his eyes are too close together and he has that nasty snippy, thug-like look about him and he's the complete tool set. Wouldnt consider wasting precious water on Hunter if he were on fire. But I guess his mum and his girlfriend love him
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

But he'd be treated like a hero if he pulled on a red and white jumper.

That pretty much applies to anyone. I used to hate Barry Hall when he was a St Kilda thug lol.

Oh I reckon it'd take a while! I used to hate Tony Lockett as a Saint, and if he hadn't been out of the first Swans game in 1995 at the SCG I doubt I would have gone, simply in protest! Even then, it took me a while to warm to him when he was in the red and white.

I hate Hunter MUCH more than that, and it'd take all my self restraint to not boo him even in the red and white I think... I don't think I could EVER "hero worship" him unless he made a complete turnaround and de-tooled right across the shop - hair, smarmy little smirk, attitude, ego, on-field toolishness etc! If he could be just a great player without being a dickhead then we'd see...
