This makes me laugh, the Kangaroos were NEVER going to move before the next three years considering the current deal they have to play on the Gold Coast is for three years, and the revenue generated basically helps them stay a Melbourne club.
It is going to be pretty clear though, that after this, QLD events, AFL, or even say a Southport Sharks are not going to do any financial deals with any AFL club unless it is a permanent move.
Also, let's not forget that Gold Coast Stadium needs a fair bit of work over the next three years to accomodate a proper home AFL team.
