    Since when.....

Have the Kangaroos been a protected species? Where I live they shoot them because they are a nuisance.

I don't mind getting beaten by a better team on the night (you know what I mean), but to be totally screwed over by the umpires really makes it hard to swallow. That umpire 23 has to be the worst umpire in the league, I have seen him stuff up so many decisions over the years (not just in Swans games). He can't bounce the ball straight. Is hopelessly out of position on many occasions last night. Very ordinary. I gave him BOG for the Kangaroos.

To be honest, I don't think the umpires had an impact on the result of the game - we had it lost well before they had a chance!!!

I didn't notice a bias either way - just bafflingly bizarre both ways!!

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

I agree. I think the umpires missed a number of frees both ways, IMHO, they missed more for the Roos than against. It's the whole inconsistency thing.

When is HTB holding the ball, and when is it not???

They were saying on SEN last night that the rule changes (HITB) are just making it harder for the umps, more interpretations for them to worry about.
