Also, the Roos supporters really pissed me off on Saturday night for booing Hall and Goodes every time they got the ball. How pathetic. We don't boo any of their players, even scum like Grant.

Personally, I'd love to have Grant back playing for us. I thought it was a mistake when we traded him for Schwass in the first place. He was probably going anyway, and best we get something for him, but I always thought he was a great player that we would miss.

Would you trade him for McVeigh, J Bolton or Mathews right now?? I sure as hell would!

You are being a tad tough on Grant there Cruiser. He is a Victorian boy who wanted to simply be at home with his mates in the environment he was brought up in.

If you wanted to move back to Adelaide mate & were working in Sydney under sufferance, surely you could choose to go home too.


I'm kinda meh about the Roos these days. Hated em in 98/99. But as lomng as they don't screw up on footy on the Gold Coast (which I'm sure they duly will), I'm somewhat benign towards them.

However I was full of admiration for the way they played against us the other night. Took the loss on the chin & congratulated their fans as they left the ground. They were better than us & deserved to win, pure & simple.
