          giving a talented kid a go? seems like they got it right to me.

          the program is not and should not be a recruitment system. there is too much pressure already at the draft ages, it doesn't need to happen any earlier.
          then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

            How can you ask if the swans recruitment dept got it right?

            Jay is a talented footy player whos lifes dream is to play for the swans.

            He also happens to play for the Gosford Tigers which is a club im associated with - my husband to be plays for them.

            Good on him for impressing them enough to win a scholarship.
