    Is Cygnatius better this year?

Have they finally ditched the insider with all the energy of Kenny in a harem and brought in someone with all the energy of Davo in a harem? Or just the fruits of a pre-season not disrupted by injury? Still not up to the crazy heights of the scooter days (and will never get near that brilliant Geelong cat!), but Cygnatius does seem to have had a noticeable lift this year. Do others agree?

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

At the Melb family day after the premiership, I got groped by Cygnatius!!!!! He appeared to have a little too much energy!

Hovercrafts? Horses? You blokes are making this @@@@ up. Was this 007 Cyggie?

Personally, I'd like to see some more patented dance moves from the Cyggster.

            Hovercraft story is true.....

I also remember Cyggie and the "Magpie" have a wrestle in the goal square one year..... And from where I sat... Looked just a little bit to real... i.e. Just a little bit of malice.... But happily, I think Cyggy got the better of the magpies..

that's hysterical. geez i wish i was there to witness that.

the cyggy/magpie punch up is traditional isn't it? if cyggy wins, we win.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I also recall Cyggy taking out the Footscray Bulldog with a big flying coat hanger after leaping off the speeding scooter.

We were lined up to get autographs and he was going through the line and pinched me on the bum. We all had a laugh about it.

The best Cyggy ever was the infamous Boo A Roo game all those years ago when he took out those two puny kangaroos.

You should not have put that last option in as it made me want to get pregnant and have children again so Ryan could come to the parties!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, the best one was a game where he was flying round on the scooter and drove into a bag someone had left lying around on the outer. The only person in the ground who couldn't see the bag (and hence what was about to happen) was the poor guy in the Cyggy suit.

This may have happened at the MCG....can't remember.

It was in a similar era to the random pre-match entertainment, which on one occasion involved some tiny gymnasts trying to do their thing, but the mats that they were using got caught up in a particularly strong wind, rolling the mat + at least one tiny gymnast off down the ground.

Cynatius road a horse onto the SCG one Anzac Day in the late 90s...most of the people near me thought it was hilarious...I wondered what the horse thought.
