    Congratulations Nic Fosdike

I thought I'd kick-off this thread for Fozzie who plays his 150th for the Swans this weekend and in doing so is awarded life membership of the Swans.

Nic hasn't been the highest profile player, maligned occassionally on RWO, but has always been one of my favourite Swans for the way he goes about his work without much fanfare. I would say that over his career he's generally been as consistent as Jude without getting the same headlines.

He was our best in the 2005 GF (could have easily walked away with the Norm Smith), and if you cast your mind back to 2003 against Port was also one of our best that day... so he certainly steps up in the big games.

And let's not forget his brilliant game on the weekend (even though at times it seemed as if he didn't have an opponent!)

So well done Fozzie on your 150th!

And probably no Crouch(199) to rain on his parade.

    Great effort by Fossie.
Let's hope it helps get them across the line against the Bombers.

A Much maligned, but a great player for us..... Didn't start out too flash but has worked himself up to a consistent if not great player. Here's hoping he continues to get better and continues to play for the Swans....

      Well done Fossie!

150 is an excellent achievement - but I'm still hoping his best years are ahead of him....

Would have been interesting to have the two ex-Norwood boys Crouch and Fosdike celebrating their respective 200th and 150th games together.

But congratulations Fossie, love your style of play!

                seems like forever fossie.
                happy 150th.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Agreed, he has played with great consistency in recent years, but he's better than just dependable, he has risen to great heights in the big games.
                    Great to have him onboard
