do we have a doctor in the house?

hall can do with a week in the ressies.
goodsey can do with a week in the ressies.
davo can do with a season in the ressies.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Goodes seems to be really getting niggled by his opponents this season. First the Godfrey incident & then the contre-temps with Hird tonight. He is becoming childish in the way he is reacting out on the field to be honest.

Barry Hall's marking overhead has become a terrible problem. I want to know what is going on. Is it his eyesight again? Is it is hand-eye co-ordination? Is is something that the club should be looking at, be in in terms of training or further medical testing. Because he plays like a person who lacks co-ordination skill when it comes to his marking. Plus his constant playing for free-kicks every time he gets tackled is becoming as tieresome to me as I'm sure it is to the umpires. Somebosy at the club HAS to tell him to play the ball and NOT play to get a free kick all the time. Plus his short passing when he centres the ball after marking on the HBF can often be terrible. For a supposed team leader it is just not good enough!

I seriously cannot see how play Bevan gives us anything besides a guy who can go in and tackle hard. His skills are non-existant & he hardly ever has any influence on the game at all. Surely Schmidt (or even one of the frizzies like Laidlaw) would be worth more long term than him. And Grundy gives us another tall forward option when the only way it looks like we'll kick goals is when we bombing into the forward 50.

And correct me of I'm wrong, but Amon Buchanan has been pinged for running too far on more than one occasion as well.

We lost by a point. All these things DO matter at the end of the day to be honest.

          apologetic snip.
166% agreed jf. mate, lucky you moved. you would have been so angry tonight that the drum would have ended up in the centre square!!

bbbh really needs to lift his game. yes, he misses out on a lot of free kicks. i think they're not paid because he make such a fuss. the time he spends arguing with the maggot, can be better spent trying to get the ball and kick a goal. after all, that's what he's being paid to do.

as for goodsey, as much as i love him, he's got to lift his game. ffs, he's the brownlow medalist. i have no idea why he was playing so far back tonight ... i think that was a bad decision. let him roam. let the other coaches worry about tagging him. goodsey is NOT an effective tagger.

i'm very angry about the way the swans played tonight. there was no patience at all. the dons super-flooded, and unfortunately, we have no reply. the dodgy brother umpiring never helped either. after tonight's performance, we're gunna be lucky if we even make it to finals fodder this year.

Can't remember what quarter, but 15m out from goal, directly in front, would have been the first to a loose ball, but backed off to find his man.

I don't think there will be any changes next week, because it is a do or die game. Unless Roos and the coaching staff to shove off the players leaderships group and starts rebuilding the team with fresh players, nothing will change.
Since we're in the middle of the H&A season, what is the chance of that to happen? Zilch, nada, zero.
So, my recommendation is to sit tight and watch how our season unfolds and then unleash your anger on the coaching staff.
